Paris Saint-Germain, PSG, delivered a stunning performance to dismantle Bayer Leverkusen 7-2 away from home, moving top of the Champions League phase.

Willian Pacho opened the scoring in the 7th minute before Désiré Doué struck twice late in the first half (41’, 45+3’). Khvicha Kvaratskhelia added a fourth, moments later, in a frantic spell.

Nuno Mendes made it 5–1 on 50 minutes, while Ousmane Dembélé capped the rout in the 66th. Illia Zabarnyi also got on the scoresheet in the 37th minute.

Leverkusen’s Aleix García converted a penalty in the 38th and added another in the 54th, but the damage was long done.

Just when we thought it was over, Vitinha smashed home a cracker from range.

Both teams finished the game with 10 men after Andreich and Zarbanyi both got sent off.

It’s a statement win for PSG, who now sit firmly in control of the Champions League standings.

Ousmane Dembele came off the bench to score the sixth goal of the game in PSG’s game against Bayer Leverkusen.

The French striker has been missing in action for more than a month after picking up an injury while on international duty.

However, Dembele has returned with a bang, scoring in what will be a massive win for PSG.

The Parisiens now has three wins from three in the Champions League this season, in a form that contrasts their start to last season’s edition, which they eventually won.

PSG had a crazy first half in the Champions League clash against Bayer Leverkusen, with both teams receiving a red card before PSG took a 3-1 lead.

Fans on social media are all stunned by the turn of events in this first half of the Champions League match between PSG and Bayer Leverkusen
