Lizzy Anjorin has accepted a long-standing boxing challenge involving fellow actress Iyabo Ojo and her partner, show promoter Paulo Okoye, reigniting their long-running feud.

In a trending Instagram post, Anjorin expressed her readiness to step into the ring, years after Paulo Okoye first proposed a celebrity boxing match between her and Iyabo Ojo.

Iyabo Ojo, in an Instagram post, shows off his boxing skills following the fight between Carter Efe and Portable, and by extension, went on to tag him E.Money and Soso Soberekon to set up a date for his fight with Lizzy Anjorin.

Iyabo Ojo wrote, “Over to you @iam_emoney1 @sososoberekon no long talk ……….. how much £ …………….. on the table 🥊 🤣😂😂🤣😂😂 Team A Iyabo Team B Liz.”

Her man Paulo Okoye drums support for her via the comment section and wrote, “No more Cho Cho Cho !!! ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️ let’s go.”

Responding, Lizzy Anjorin boasts about beating the living daylight out of Iyabo Ojo, stressing that the fight would be done within 2minutes and Iyabo won’t come out alive.

“As at today, 3rd May 2026, I accept your challenge,” she wrote.

She, however, introduced fresh conditions, proposing that Paulo should first fight her husband before she faces Ojo.

“You (Paulo) and Chief Lawal will fight 10 rounds non-stop in the ring. Then the next day, it will be me and Iyabo Ojo in the ring,” she stated.

The actress has once again intensified the ongoing rivalry, making fresh personal remarks aimed at both Paulo Okoye and Iyabo Ojo, while challenging them to publicly disclose evidence of their wealth and achievements.

The latest comments add another layer to a long-standing public feud between the actress and Ojo, a dispute that has repeatedly played out across social media, courtrooms, and press statements over the years.

The disagreement, which reportedly stems from both professional and personal issues, has gradually escalated into legal confrontations and continuous exchanges of allegations. In 2024, entertainment promoter Paulo Okoye had even suggested a celebrity boxing match between the two actresses, with a ₦10 million prize attached to the proposed bout.

Tensions further deepened in 2025 after Iyabo Ojo filed a ₦1 billion defamation suit against her colleague. Although the case was later struck out on procedural grounds, Ojo reportedly indicated plans to pursue further legal action.

The feud has since been characterised by counter-accusations, police petitions, and repeated online exchanges between both parties.
