Afrobeats singer Adedamola Adefolahan, popularly known as Fireboy DML, has announced the rollout of his fifth studio album titled ZUKO!.
The singer unveiled the project on Saturday through a post on his verified X account, sharing a promotional image of the album with the caption, “Ok, let’s get it. #ZUKO!”
The announcement sparked excitement among fans and colleagues in the entertainment industry, with rapper Olamide among those reacting to the news. Olamide, who signed Fireboy to YBNL Nation in 2018, reposted the announcement alongside heart emojis.

Born in Abeokuta, Ogun State, Fireboy DML rose to prominence after joining YBNL Nation and releasing his debut studio album, Laughter, Tears and Goosebumps, in 2019. The project received critical acclaim and established him as one of Nigeria’s leading Afrobeats acts.
He later gained international recognition with the hit single “Peru”, which became a global success and featured a remix with British singer Ed Sheeran. The song further expanded his presence on the international music scene.
Fireboy’s upcoming album follows his previous studio projects, including Apollo released in 2020, Playboy in 2022, and Adedamola in 2024. Details about the release date, tracklist and featured artistes for ZUKO! are yet to be announced.
