A Magistrate Court sitting in Yaba, Lagos, on Wednesday remanded Azeez Fashola, a.k.a Naira Marley, and Lagos socialite, Balogun Eletu, a.k.a Sam Larry in police custody in connection with the death of MohBad.
The Lagos State Police Command requested that Fashola and others be remanded for 30 days pending the completion of their investigation.
However, Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun ruled that Fashola and the others be remanded for just 21 days.
The Police on Tuesday announced the arrest of singer Azeez Fashola, a.k.a Naira Marley shortly after his arrival in Lagos from an overseas tour, while Sam Larry was arrested last week.
Recall that MohBad died on September 12, 2023 in controversial circumstances. He was buried the following day in Ikorodu, Lagos.
