Officials of the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency, LASEPA, have sealed some religious and event centres in the state over noise pollution.

The Commissioner, Ministry of Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab disclosed this in a post on X, formally twitter on Saturday.

Wahab noted that the operation led by the LASEPA General Manager, Tunde Ajayi sealed religious centres and other establishments due to concerns regarding noise pollution and other environmental infractions.

The affected establishments include Ansar-Ud-deen, Restoration Centre Global Church, Bloomgrey Event, Club Hoxegen, Starrex Luxury Apartment in Gbagada, and Bayrock Lifestyle in Lekki Phase 1.
