President Bola Tinubu has celebrated the President of the 10th Nigerian Senate, Godswill Akpabio on his 61st birthday.
Ajuri Ngelale, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity,stated this on Friday in Abuja.
He described Akpabio as a political leader whose antecedents and achievements continued to attract recognition at home and abroad.
Tinubu acknowledged the outstanding leadership qualities of the former Governor of Akwa Ibom and Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, who became a Governor at 45 after serving as a Commissioner in three different ministries.
He valued the Senate President’s steadfast devotion, and loyalty during the course of his tenure in office, leaving behind quantifiable and enduring legacy.

The president said that Akpabio’s accomplishments were best demonstrated by the unusual conversion of Akwa Ibom into one of the nation’s most dynamic and forward-thinking states.
Tinubu wished the Chairman of the National Assembly, whose service to the country has continued to inspire patriotism, many happy returns on Saturday, the Senate President’s 61st birthday.
The president prayed for Sen. Akpabio and his family to continue to be blessed by God Almighty.
