The Supreme Court on Thursday upheld the election of Gov. Simi Fubara of Rivers.
Justice Ibrahim Saulawa dismissed the appeal by the APC stating that APC failed to prove their case with sufficient evidence.
A lady Civil servant at the premises said, The people of rivers are very happy and Sim will rule us according to the will of God, for many years now, I have not received any Christmas bonus but I received a fat envelope thanks to Sim, No Sim , No network”.

Justice Saulawa resolved all the four issues identified for determination in the appeal against the appellants’.
