The Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki has dissolved the State Executive Council.
Obaseki said the dissolution of the council was with immediate effect and expressed appreciation to members of the council for their service to the government and people of the State.
The state’s cabinet was dissolved during the Weekly Executive Council meeting on Wednesday.
The governor in a statement endorsed by the Special Advisers, Media Projects, Crusoe Osagie, said that all Special Assistants and Senior Special Assistants have been relieved of their appointments.
