The burial ceremony for Nigerian Army personnel who lost their lives in action at Okuama Community, Delta State, has been set for Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at the National Cemetery in Abuja.

Scheduled for 3:00 pm, the event will be graced by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, as the Special Guest of Honour, as per an anonymous source.

The killings have sparked condemnation from various stakeholders, with President Bola Tinubu pledging that those responsible will face justice.

Credible News reported how soldiers, including four officers, were killed in the Okuama community in Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State.
