Renowned artist Davido has shared what his billionaire father Deji Adeleke told him about the vision he had for his music career, saying his dad’s vision was for him to end up as a gospel musician.
During a chat with guests at the wedding, Davido said his father revealed that he had a vision that he would eventually transit from secular music to gospel music.
“In the morning, daddy would say, ‘Davido, I had a vision about you.’ I said, ‘What vision?’ He said, ‘I had a vision that you ended your music as a gospel singer’,” he said.
Reacting to this, a guest was heard saying, “So shall it be!” as some others chorused, “Amen!”
