Controversial self-acclaimed activist, Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, VDM, on Monday, narrated how he got the purported audio recording he posted online about the controversial cross-dresser turned transgender, Bobrisky to National House of Assembly.

It was reported that VeryDarkMan had earlier expressed annoyance with the house over the absence of Bobrisky and Chairman of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission at the hearing.

VeryDarkMan vowed not to make any statement until the other parties were present. He said “if I say anything, let me die.”

However, he later gave in and narrated to the lawmakers how he got the recording from a man Bobrisky owed.

VDM said: “How I got hold of that recording is as a result Bobrisky blackmailing someone he owes money.”

“According to the story, I got to realize that, with a prove of chat sent to me, the person borrowed Bobrisky N4 million when he was in EFCC’s detention.”

“The person gave him the money on the 19th July 2024. When it was time to get the money back, he told Bobrisky he needed the money to complete his building in Lagos. He sent him a message but Bobrisky refused to respond. He sent him another one after few days but Bobrisky still refused to respond.”

“When he eventually responded, Bobrisky said ‘I’m going to give you the money in September. So September 1st, the guy reached out to Bobrisky again, but he still refused. And the next thing that followed it was blackmail. He said I will tell them you are kissing me and smooching me. So the guy felt very somehow. God so kind, there is VeryDarkMan platform that will call out to people who are owing and they will pay.”

“A friend of mine who is very popular contacted me and told me what was going on. I told him no problem, he should send receipts if he has any.”

“When he sent it, immediately I made the first post where I said Bobrisky, I’m giving you four hours to pay back. Then he started begging the guy then he paid immediately.”

“But when I started listening to the audio, I said nah even though you pay, this one supposed to be out there na. Because EFCC cannot be around harrassing some young boys abd somebody with a godfather will be pulling stunts.”

“I was detained in the prison, my very good friend, Seun Kuti was detained as well. A lot of boys were inside the prison- Bobrisky is not even older than them.”

“So I didn’t see any reason why I should keep the audio. I kept the receipt of his payment, which he paid that day.”

meanwhile the interrogation is still ongoing.
