Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, addressed an AI-generated image circulating on social media that depicted him dressed as a Muslim.
Speaking at the first Holy Ghost Night of the year, Adeboye acknowledged the image with a smile, remarking, “I’m sure many of you saw that picture showing me as an Alhaji,” before quickly moving on to more serious matters.
He used the moment to share prophetic insights for the coming year, specifically warning of a potentially catastrophic earthquake in 2025.
Adeboye also emphasized the importance of prayer for global peace, expressing concerns over the possibility of another world war due to ongoing international conflicts.

The RCCG General Overseer highlighted the church’s focus for the upcoming 100-day fast, starting with 30 days dedicated to prayers for Nigeria.
He promised to lead the congregation in “violent prayers” aimed at eliminating obstacles to the country’s progress.
Prophesying that 2025 would be a year of major breakthroughs and promotions, Adeboye also cautioned that fasting without prayer would be ineffective, comparing it to a mere “hunger strike.”
He further stressed the need for focused prayer during the fast and discouraged frivolous talk.
Additionally, he advised those over 70 years of age to either refrain from fasting or adjust their participation to suit their health needs.
