Nigerian music icon Innocent Idibia, aka 2Baba, has reportedly accused his estranged wife, Annie Macaulay-Idibia, of neglecting him when she needed her most.
The singer claimed that Annie was more focused on her reality TV career while he battled kidney failure.
“My wife was more interested in her reality shows, and I went to the hospital alone,” 2Baba allegedly lamented.
He further questioned the sacrifices he made for their family, revealing how he forced himself out of his hospital bed for work appointments, only to suffer severe health setbacks.
“How many times did I leave my hospital bed to attend appointments just to provide for the family I love so much? I suffered severe consequences and relapses for that. Where was she?” he reportedly asked.
Addressing the backlash surrounding their separation, the singer added, “No, I am the devil because I am causing drama over a divorce.”
While neither 2Baba nor Annie has made an official statement, this revelation has sparked fresh debates about their marital issues.
