Fidelity Bank Plc has rewarded Ms. Grace Adamu, a National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, member, with N500,000 in its ongoing Get Alert In Millions Season Six “Youth Empowerment” promo.

The cheque was presented on Wednesday at the headquarters of Patani Local Government Area, Delta State. A team from the bank, led by Mr. Chidi Ogbuka, Regional Sales Coordinator for Midwest 2, made the official handover to the lucky winner.

Adamu, who hails from Kano, serves in Patani as a Batch C, Stream One Corps member. She emerged as one of the winners in the bank’s quarterly raffle draw conducted in February. Expressing her excitement, she described the win as unexpected and thanked Fidelity Bank for the opportunity.

Ogbuka urged Corps members to participate in the promo by opening a Fidelity Personal Savings account. He explained that the youth-focused campaign, launched in December 2024, is designed to support Corps members financially, encouraging them to cultivate a savings culture.

“The raffle draw takes place every quarter, and today’s presentation is a result of the February draw,” Ogbuka said. He noted that Corps members qualify by opening an account and saving at least N5,000 or N10,000 monthly.

He added that the Get Alert In Millions campaign has become a recognized initiative of Fidelity Bank, giving both new and existing customers an opportunity to win cash prizes. He encouraged the public to take advantage of the promo to improve their financial stability.

Adamu expressed her gratitude to God and Fidelity Bank, emphasizing how much the financial support meant to her. She promised to use the money wisely and advised others to stay committed and diligent in their pursuits.

The Chairman of Patani Local Government, Mr. Isaac Aguanah , applauded Fidelity Bank for its commitment to youth empowerment. He expressed confidence that more Corps members would benefit from the initiative, making a lasting impact on their financial well-being.
