Bisola Kola-Daisi, the eldest daughter of the late former Governor of Oyo State, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, has passed away at the age of 42.

She died in the United Kingdom after a brief illness, leaving behind her husband, Kolapo Kola-Daisi and their three children.

Her passing has sent shockwaves through political, business, and social circles, where she was widely known and respected. As the first daughter of the late governor, she played a prominent role in public service and business, earning recognition for her achievements.

Until her death, she served as the Special Adviser to the Minister of Budget and Planning, Atiku Bagudu. She was dedicated to economic development and women’s empowerment, using her position to drive impactful initiatives.

Beyond her role in government, she was a successful entrepreneur. She was the Managing Director of Grandex Nigeria Ltd., a leading retail and wholesale chain established in 1984. Bisola also founded Florence H. Luxury boutique, a brand that became a key player in Nigeria’s luxury retail industry.
