Nigeria’s president-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has returned to the country after a working visit to Europe.
Tinubu was received at the Abuja airport by vice-president elect, Senate President Ahmad Lawan, Kashim Shettima; Senator Godswill Akpabio and Kano State Governor Abdullahi Ganduje among others.
Tinubu’s media aide, Tunde Rahman had said his principal would meet with investors and finetune transition plans.
Preparations for Tinubu’s assumption of office on May 29 are in top gear as President Muhammadu Buhari completes his second term.
