President of the Senate Godswill Akpabio, on Tuesday announced senator Opeyemi Bamidele as the Senate Majority Leader of the 10th Assembly.
Also, Senator representing Borno South Senatorial District, Ali Ndume was announced as Chief Whip.
The Nigeria Television Authority stated this on Tuesday on his Twitter handle.
Other majority leadership of the Tenth Senate include Senator David Umahi as the Deputy Majority Leader and Lola Ashiru as the Deputy Majority Whip
Their emergence followed the recommendation by the ruling All Progressives Congress.
