Manchester United’s winger, Jadon Sancho, remains conspicuously absent from first-team activities at Carrington, missing several training sessions.
The 23-year-old player has been out of the first team since a reported fallout with manager Erik ten Hag following a 3-1 defeat against Arsenal on September 3.
Despite being banished to the academy section of the training ground, Sancho has not faced financial penalties for his repeated absences, and he continues to receive his full pay.
The club has refrained from taking disciplinary action, as Sancho consistently provides explanations for his non-attendance, often citing illness, according to sources.
The situation escalated after Sancho, responding to being dropped for the Arsenal clash, took to social media to dispute claims of a poor attitude by his manager.
Although he deleted the post, Ten Hag requested an apology, which Sancho has not yet delivered.

In the lead-up to Manchester United’s match against Bournemouth, Ten Hag emphasized that the resolution lies with Sancho if he wishes to return to first-team selection, stating, “He knows what he has to do if he wants to return. It is up to him.”
Amidst the uncertainty surrounding his future at Manchester United, recent reports have linked Sancho with a potential winter move to Juventus, who have expressed interest in acquiring the English international.
The situation remains fluid, and fans are eagerly awaiting updates on Sancho’s status with the club.
