Davido, the Grammy-nominated singer, has refuted rumors of being arrested in Uganda and Kenya.
He took to his social media page to urge fans to disregard the false reports, emphasizing that he has never been arrested abroad or domestically.
Additionally, he mentioned that his legal team is taking action against the media outlets responsible for spreading the misinformation. Davido assured his fans that the reports were entirely untrue.
“I successfully completed my scheduled gigs in Uganda and Kenya and have already returned to Nigeria. I’d also like to point out that I’ve never been arrested in any country for any crime in the globe.

Not my native Nigeria, America, or any of the hundreds of countries I’ve called home throughout the course of my career. “I find the creation of claims of such worldwide crimes highly irresponsible, even in light of ‘April Fools’, and my counsel is pursuing legal action against the media parties responsible for this misinformation.
