Gunmen attacked the residence of Hon. Solomon Wombo, who represents Logo-Katsina Ala-Ukum Federal Constituency, in the early hours of Sunday.
Fortunately, the lawmaker was not present at home during the attack. Benue Chief Whip, Hon. Bemdoo Peter Ipusu, strongly condemned the incident, labeling it as evil and barbaric.

He expressed gratitude that Wombo was unharmed and urged him to remain focused on delivering quality legislation and developmental projects to his constituents despite the distraction posed by such attacks.
