eTranzact International Plc has announced a significant increase in its Profit After Tax, PAT, for the year ended Dec. 31, 2023, reaching N2.2 billion compared to N1.18 billion in 2022.
According to Mr. Isaiah Oreweme, the Company Secretary of eTranzact, this information was disclosed in the company’s annual report and audited financial statements for 2023, submitted to the Nigerian Exchange Ltd , NGX, in Lagos.
Oreweme highlighted that the company’s Profit Before Tax, PBT, for the same period stood at N3.2 billion, a substantial rise from N1.61 billion recorded in 2022.

The company’s gross profit also experienced growth, reaching N8.32 billion by the end of 2023, compared to N5.7 billion in the previous year.
However, eTranzact’s total liabilities increased to N16.73 billion at the close of the 2023 financial year, up from N10.5 billion in 2022.
Conversely, the company’s total assets saw significant growth, reaching N28.21 billion in 2023, compared to N19.78 billion in 2022.
