Minister of Interior, Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, has refuted media reports claiming that President Bola Tinubu appointed him as the political leader in Ondo State.
In a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Media, Alao Babatunde, Dr. Tunji-Ojo dismissed the reports as baseless and fictitious. The statement clarified that there was no truth to the alleged appointment, emphasizing that no meeting had taken place with local government APC chairmen and leaders in Abuja, as suggested in the article.
