Nollywood actress Dakore Egbuson Akande has filed a lawsuit against a popular controversial blog, Gistlover for alleged case of defamation.
The actress took the action over unfounded accusations of being Godswill Akpabio’s side chic.
She had earlier denied the allegation, noting that she has never met Godswill Akpabio in her life and she is happily married with two children.

The lawsuit noted that the controversial blog should take down Dakore’s photo and retract every defamatory statements levelled against her.
Failure to comply in the next 24 hours will result in an aggressive legal action against Gistlover which may include seeking damages, injunctive relief and legal costs incurred from defamation.
