In a show of support for positive national development, several senators have endorsed the initiative to distribute 10 billion copies of the devotional Rhapsody of Realities.
The program, known as: “Reachout World Day with Rhapsody of Realities,” was launched at the National Assembly Complex on Thursday.

Rhapsody of Realities is a monthly devotional by Pastor Chris Oyakhilome of the Christ Embassy Church, designed to inspire positive life changes.

Senator Omueya Dafinone (APC-Delta) highlighted the publication as a daily guide that encourages readers to reflect on their lives for betterment. He emphasized its potential impact on fostering growth and moral development.

Senator Thomas Joel-Onowakpo (PDP-Delta) acknowledged the transformative efforts of Christ Embassy Church and stressed the financial resources required to achieve the initiative’s ambitious goals. He mentioned ongoing translations that will increase the total to 12,000, with monthly distribution planned.

Ms. Comfort Esung, a Corps Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), expressed readiness to collaborate in distributing the publication, utilizing the corps’ network of personnel.

Dr. Chris Iyam, Executive Director of CYPA-Africa, shared his personal testimony of transformation since engaging with the publication in 2008. He urged lawmakers to start their day with Rhapsody of Realities to avoid legislative mistakes.

With 360 members of the House of Representatives and 109 senators present at the launch, Iyam emphasized the crucial role of the National Assembly in shaping the country’s future, believing in their ability to effect change guided by divine wisdom.
