Celebrities and fans flood social media with accolades as Tems wins Best African Music Performance at the 67th Grammy Awards in Los Angeles for her song Love Me Jeje.

Davido congratulates her, writing, “Congratulations to my one and only @chrisbrown! And to the Queen @temsbaby, we are proud of you!”

Ayra Starr adds, “Temssbabyyyyyyy, congratulations, my love!!!!”

Fans also celebrate her achievement. @osidagoat calls her “THE GREATEST AFRICAN FEMALE ARTISTE.”

while @izrel1800 says, “The world knows there’s a crack in this jam, Tems. Well deserved.”

Tems, the only African artist with three nominations this year, beats strong contenders Burna Boy, Davido, and Asake.

She dedicated the award to her mother, saying, “Dear God, thank you so much for putting me on this stage and bringing me this team.”

This marks her second Grammy win after taking home Best Melodic Rap Performance in 2023 for Wait For U with Future and Drake. With this victory, she has elevated her status as a leading force in African music.
