Nigerian TikTok influencer Toheeb Warrior, popularly known as Kesari, has landed in legal trouble shortly after flaunting a new luxury vehicle on social media.
On March 24, 2025, Kesari proudly announced the purchase of a brand-new Lexus SUV on his Instagram page, sharing photos and videos of the sleek vehicle and celebrating the milestone with his followers. However, the excitement was short-lived.
Just days after the announcement, Kesari was reportedly arrested by the police over the suspicious source of the funds used to acquire the vehicle.
According to reports from Instagram blog page @Maxiblog_Amuludun, a large sum of money had been mistakenly transferred into Kesari’s bank account. Instead of reporting the unexpected deposit, Kesari allegedly used the money to purchase the Lexus SUV.

When the rightful owner of the funds noticed the error, they immediately contacted the bank to report the incident. This prompted the bank to reverse the transaction. Kesari later visited the bank to protest the reversal, but instead of receiving assistance, he was apprehended by law enforcement officers who had been notified of the situation.
Kesari’s arrest quickly went viral across social media platforms, with many Nigerians reacting with a mix of amusement and disbelief. Some users recalled congratulating him when he first posted the car, while others made jokes about the bizarre twist in events.
As of now, no official statement has been released by Kesari or his legal team regarding the incident.
