The SEC urged all registered CMOs to participate in the assessment by logging into its e-portal using their current credentials. The online survey, which began on April 30, is scheduled to conclude on May 15.
According to the Commission, the assessment is critical to identifying technology gaps and supporting the implementation of innovation-friendly policies across the capital market ecosystem.
It also encouraged operators with questions or challenges to reach out through its designated support email.
This initiative marks another step in the SEC’s strategic push to promote digital transformation and strengthen regulatory oversight through technology-driven solutions.
