Nollywood filmmaker and actress Omoni Oboli has hit another milestone with her new romance movie, Love in Every Word two: The Wedding.

The film raked in three million views within 22 hours of its release on YouTube, setting a new record for the

Sharing her excitement in an Instagram post, Oboli wrote:

“Pinch me!!! 😭💃💍 3 MILLION in 22 hours! 21 hours actually because I didn’t even catch it on time 😩🔥

My Lord, my God! You have done this one again. Thank you Jesus! Thank you my beautiful besties! Thank you to all our incredible sponsors and partners.”

The filmmaker expressed immense gratitude to her fans and brand partners, adding that she’s setting her sights on reaching five million views in a single day.

The romantic sequel continues the story of Chioma and Odogwu, played by Bamike Olawunmi-Adenibuyan (BamBam) and Uzor Arukwe. Their love story faces new challenges as family expectations, hidden secrets, and past relationships threaten to derail their much-anticipated wedding.

Produced and directed by Omoni Oboli under her Omoni Oboli TV brand, Love in Every Word 2: The Wedding premiered exclusively on YouTube in October 2025 and has since become a trending sensation.

The production was supported by major brands including UBA Group, Coca-Cola Nigeria, Knorr, Vaseline, MTN Nigeria, Gig Logistics, GAC Motor Nigeria, Peak Milk, and Lipton Nigeria.

The comment section of her post was filled with messages from fans and colleagues.

Actor Stan Nze described the project as “a movement,” while Linda Osifo and   applauded the feat as “massive doings👏👏🔥”

Chinonso Arubaye simply wrote “congratulations mama 🥳”

Celebrity barman Cubana Chief Priest humorously commented, “You dey use jazz dey make movie,” to which Oboli responded, “Na God’s grace be the highest jazz.”

The first installment, Love in Every Word, debuted in March 2025 and became one of YouTube’s most-watched Nigerian romantic dramas, amassing millions of views and stirring lively conversations online.

With the sequel’s record-breaking performance, Omoni Oboli continues to cement her place as one of Nollywood’s most influential digital filmmakers.
