Fatima Naseem, a 12-year-old from Karachi’s Shah Faisal Colony, has achieved her eighth Guinness World Record, becoming the Pakistani female athlete with the most Guinness titles. She is the daughter of Rashid Naseem, who himself holds 125 Guinness World Records.
In her latest feat, Fatima was tasked with bursting at least 70 balloons while holding an egg in each hand. She surpassed the target by popping 76 balloons in just 30 seconds without cracking either egg.
Fatima has now defeated India in four separate record categories and has surpassed Liberty Barros, the world-renowned “most flexible girl,” by performing 47 stretches in one minute. She has also set records for full-extension punching while holding eggs and for striking both elbows with both hands.
Her eighth title was awarded on World Records Day, an annual event that spotlights selected challengers from around the globe.

Despite receiving no government support, Fatima continues to bring international recognition to Pakistan. She hopes her achievements will one day earn official acknowledgment, saying such recognition would fuel her determination to keep raising her country’s profile on the global stage.
