The Return of Arinzo, a movie by Iyabo Ojo, has recorded N224 million at the West African Box Office.

The News Agency of Nigeria reports that the film achieved the milestone as the number one film for two consecutive weekends and has continued to dominate the box office, reflecting strong audience turnout and sustained interest since its release.

The film, which is distributed by FilmOne Entertainment, attracted large cinema audiences across the country.

In a statement shared on its Instagram page, the distributor expressed appreciation to audiences for their support.

“With N224 million and counting, The Return of Arinzo is not just winning; it’s making history as the number one film for two consecutive weekends.

“Thank you, West Africa, for showing up and showing out. Your love is taking this film higher and higher,” it said.

NAN reports that the film is currently showing in cinemas nationwide with strong turnout from moviegoers.

With its impressive box office performance and continued screenings, the film is expected to sustain momentum in the coming weeks.

The Return of Arinzo has continued its strong performance at the Nigerian box office, crossing ₦224 million and retaining the number one spot, is currently enjoying widespread cinema patronage across West Africa.

The movie’s earnings and audience reception were confirmed through a tweet on X by FilmOne Entertainment, noting its sustained success since release. The film, which premiered in cinemas nationwide, continues to draw large audiences and maintain momentum at the box office.

In its post, FilmOne Entertainment expressed excitement over the milestone, writing: “This is a huge feat, and we are incredibly proud!” The distributor further added that the film’s performance reflects a strong connection with audiences.

According to the company, the film has now accumulated “₦224 million and counting,” stressing that it is “not just winning; it’s making history as the number one film for two consecutive weekends.”

FilmOne also attributed the success to audience support across the region, stating: “This is what it looks like when hard work, talent, and a powerful story truly connect with audiences.” The distributor appreciated viewers, adding: “Thank you, West Africa, for showing up and showing out. The film is still being screened in cinemas nationwide and continues its theatrical run, distributed by FilmOne Entertainment.
