American rapper Kanye West and his former personal assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, have reached an out-of-court settlement in a sexual harassment lawsuit filed against the musician in 2024.
Court documents filed in a Los Angeles court on Tuesday showed that both parties reached an unconditional settlement agreement on July 23.
The filing stated that a request to dismiss the case would be submitted within 45 days of the settlement date, although the terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Pisciotta filed the lawsuit in 2024, alleging that she was terminated from her role after West sent her numerous sexually explicit messages and videos.

She also accused the rapper of sexual misconduct, including claims that he sexually assaulted her during a hotel stay and made inappropriate advances toward her.
In her complaint, Pisciotta further alleged that West drugged her during a studio session she claimed was co-hosted by disgraced music executive Sean. West has repeatedly denied the allegations, maintaining that the claims were false.
The settlement marks the latest development in the high-profile legal dispute, which attracted significant public attention following the filing of the lawsuit.
The case is expected to be formally dismissed after the required court documents are submitted in accordance with the settlement agreement.
