The Kogi State Government has released a comprehensive midterm report documenting Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo’s achievements during his first two years in office.
Hon. Ismaila Isah, Special Adviser on Media to the Governor, announced the publication on Thursday, describing it as a reflection of “purposeful governance” that has defined the Ododo administration since its inauguration.
The performance update was featured in the 8th edition of the Lugard House Monthly Newsletter, an official publication of the Governor’s media office.
According to Hon. Isah, the report provides a detailed account of the administration’s leadership journey, highlighting achievements across critical sectors including infrastructure development, healthcare delivery, education, security, economic management, and governance reforms.
“This newsletter presents governance through evidence, detailing projects executed, reforms sustained, and systems strengthened,” Hon. Isah stated, adding that the publication sets the foundation for the administration’s agenda in the next two years.

The Special Adviser emphasized the importance of collaborative governance, noting the significant role played by the Office of the Kogi State First Lady in complementing government policies through social interventions targeting communities, women, children, and vulnerable groups.
In addition to the written report, Hon. Isah announced the release of a special documentary that provides visual evidence of the governor’s midterm achievements. The documentary showcases key projects, stakeholder engagements, and community impact across the state.
“This documentary provides citizens with a comprehensive overview of the administration’s milestones and reaffirms our commitment to transparency and accountability in governance,” he said.
The full documentary is scheduled to premiere on LugardTV’s weekly News Roundup this Sunday and will be available on partner platforms.
The midterm report comes as the Ododo administration marks the halfway point of its four-year mandate, with the publication serving as both a progress report to citizens and a blueprint for future policy direction.
