The management said they are working with the authorities to investigate the source of the misinformation and will take necessary legal actions against those responsible. They urged netizens to verify information through official channels before sharing.

“The management of Prime Care Hospitals wishes to inform the public that the announcement of the alleged de@th of Miss Mukoro Mitchelle, popularly known as King Mitchy, at our facility in Abuja is FALSE

Kemi Filani reported hours ago that her management had announced her demise. In an official statement, they revealed that all efforts by the medical team at Prime Hospital, Abuja, proved futile. The management expressed sadness at the news, noting how Mitchy was more than a talent and had a family and was full of life, light, and dreams.

Her death is coming after she drank hypo following the backlash and bullying she has been receiving on social media over her dispute with Very Dark Man. The activist had alleged that Mitchy had dated Seyi Tinubu for money.

King Mitchy was born on November 8, 2000, and is a popular Nigerian social media influencer, content creator, philanthropist, and TikTok star from Delta State, Ughelli area, the Urhobo tribe.

She gained fame for her uplifting videos highlighting charity work, such as feeding the poor, renovating schools, completing one in just 6 days, supporting homeless and vulnerable people, including underage pregnant girls, and bridging donors with those in need in Lagos slums.

Her journey includes overcoming personal hardship: after losing her grandmother and facing mistreatment from relatives, she ran away from home as a teen and started life in Lagos. She has used her platform with millions of followers across TikTok and Instagram @king__mitchy to inspire positivity, owns a restaurant/business, and has been recognized as a multi-award-winning philanthropist, including Headies mentions.
