Ondo State’s recently sworn-in governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa has promised to finish the projects his predecessor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, began.
Shortly after Chief Judge Odusola Olusegun’s talk about the path of office, Aiyedatiwa said that he had accepted with heavy heart to take over the state’s affairs in the wake of Akeredolu’s tragic death.
He said that the passing of his employer was a huge personal loss for him because they had been colleagues for a long time.
The governor of Ondo stated that their relationship remained unaffected by Akeredolu’s defeat in the 2012 governorship race.
