 The Africa Cup of Nations, which starts this weekend in Cote d’Ivoire, will be televised by Multichoice on their SuperSport channels.

After a dispute with CAF regarding the broadcast rights of the tournament—which were sold to the influential Francophone media company Next World—they first decided not to air the match.

The owners of the DStv platform, Multichoice, had previously announced that they would not be showing the tournament’s games on their SuperSport channels.

However, the South Africa-based broadcaster has since reversed course. the formal  announcement will be made later today.

Recall that  NTA had announced that it would be airing the AFCON games after reaching a broadcast agreement with AfroSports
