The Administrator, KCTA, Samuel Aruwan, confirmed this development to the newsmen on Wednesday in Kaduna, adding that the refuse dumps have become threats to public health of residents within the metropolis; hence, the need for urgent evacuation.

He noted that the agency discovered heaps of refuse that had existed in various communities in the metropolis for years.

Aruwan listed the communities as Tirkania, Sabon Gari, Old panteka, Zango road Tudun wada, Bashama road, Chechenia market, Unguam Muazu, Nassarawa Kakuri and Unguwan Shanu,
