Today in Edo State, there is tension as 10 aspirants contend for the governorship ticket of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
A total of 563 delegates will participate in nominating the party’s candidate for the upcoming September 21 governorship election.
The election will be carried out according to guidelines released by the party on Wednesday.
As of the time of filing this report, accreditation was underway at Edo Hotel Marquee at the Government Reservation Area, Benin.
Here is a list of aspirants for the Edo PDP primary

4. Omoregie Ogbeide-Ihama.
