Zacchaeus Salawadeen, a 33-year-old freelance photographer, was tragically killed by suspected hoodlums who stabbed him multiple times in front of his three children.

The hoodlums reportedly followed Salawadeen to his residence in Tundun Fulani Area of Minna, Niger State, where they fatally stabbed him. The incident occurred on Tuesday night after the photographer had completed his work for the day and returned home. Following the attack, he was rushed to the IBB Specialist Hospital, but he was pronounced dead upon arrival.

Residents in the area revealed that the assailants forcefully entered Salawadeen’s apartment, indicating a targeted attack. The motive behind the killing is yet to be confirmed.

The suspected killers reportedly confined other residents of the house to a single location before entering Salawadeen’s apartment to carry out the attack. They allegedly stole valuable items such as a laptop and camera belonging to the deceased.
