The NFF expressed sadness and extended condolences to her family, offering thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. May her gentle soul rest in peace.

Bidemi Aluko was first diagnosed with breast cancer in April 2017. After undergoing treatment and a mastectomy, she received the all-clear a year later.
Unfortunately, in January 2019, she was diagnosed with the disease again and had to undergo 10 chemotherapy sessions.
