Thirteen people have tragically lost their lives, and 40 others were injured in an accident at the MRS Filling Station on Ahmadu Bello Way in the Kaduna metropolis.
Kaduna State Sector Commander, Kabir Y. Nadabo, who confirmed the incident in a statement issued to newsmen attributed it to overspeeding and overloading.
Nadabo, who was involved in the rescue and clearance operations, stated that 60 people were involved in the crash, with 40 sustaining injuries and 13 fatalities.

The injured were taken to Barau Dikko Specialist Hospital for treatment, while efforts to locate the vehicle’s owner and driver are ongoing.
