The Champions League delivered another thrilling round of matches on Wednesday, featuring some surprising results across board.

In Paris, PSG staged an impressive comeback to defeat Manchester City 4-2. City had taken a 2-0 lead early in the first half, courtesy of goals from Jack Grealish and Erling Haaland. But PSG responded quickly, with Ousmane Dembele and Bradley Barcola scoring in a four-minute span to level the score.

João Neves put PSG ahead in the 79th minute, and Goncalo Ramos sealed the win with a goal in the 91st minute, condemning Manchester City to another Champions League defeat.

With the victory, PSG climbed to 22nd in the standings, while City remains stuck in 25th. Pep Guardiola’s side has only eight points from seven matches, with one game left. City’s final match is crucial: they must beat Club Bruges at home to secure a spot in the play offs, though they will be unseeded.

Any other result draw or loss will see them eliminated from European competition.

Elsewhere, Feyenoord pulled off a stunning 3-0 win over Bayern Munich, with Santiago Jimenez scoring twice and Ayase Ueda adding a late goal to boost their hopes of advancing.

Arsenal cruised to a 3-0 victory over Dinamo Zagreb at the Emirates, with Declan Rice, Kai Havertz, and Martin Ødegaard finding the back of the net.

Real Madrid also enjoyed a comfortable 5-1 win over RB Salzburg, thanks to two goals each from Rodrygo and Vinicius Junior, plus a strike from Kylian Mbappé.

The win lifted the defending champions to 16th in the standings, with 12 points from seven matches.

In other results, Rafael Leao’s lone goal gave AC Milan a 1-0 victory over Girona, while Inter Milan triumphed 1-0 over Sparta Prague.

RB Leipzig edged Sporting Lisbon 2-1, Shakhtar Donetsk defeated Brest 2-0, and Celtic narrowly beat Young Boys 1-0.

The final matches will be played on January 29, all scheduled at the same time.
