The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB has announced a change in the date for the 2025 Mock Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME, moving it from April 5 to April 10.
The update was shared in a weekly bulletin issued in Abuja on Monday.
The shift aims to allow for the completion of all necessary preparations, including the integration of new innovations and improvements to enhance the examination process.
The rescheduling also accommodates a larger number of examination centres for the mock test.

Previously set for April 5, the Mock UTME will now be held on April 10, with the main UTME scheduled to begin on April 25.
The board emphasized the importance of adopting innovative approaches in line with global best practices to optimize the mock exam.
Candidates are advised to monitor announcements for details on when they can print their Mock Notification Slip, which will include information on their exam centre location.
