Pop sensation Billie Eilish stole the show by winning all seven categories she was nominated for, including the prestigious Artist of the Year and Album of the Year for Hit Me Hard and Soft.
Her single “Birds of a Feather” won both Song of the Year and Favourite Pop Song, further cementing her dominance.
She also took home awards for Favourite Touring Artist, Favourite Female Pop Artist, and Favourite Pop Album, marking one of the most sweeping victories in recent AMA history.
Beyoncé continued to break barriers, winning Favourite Female Country Artist and Favourite Country Album for Cowboy Carter.
Her critically acclaimed project, which reimagines the country music tradition through a Black Southern lens, made history and underscored her ability to reinvent herself across genres.
Eminem returned to the AMA stage with force, winning his first award in 15 years. His new album The Death of Slim Shady (Coup De Grâce) earned him Favourite Hip-Hop Album, and he was also named Favourite Male Hip-Hop Artist, reaffirming his staying power and cultural impact.
Rising star Gracie Abrams was crowned New Artist of the Year, signaling her breakthrough into the mainstream.

Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars took home Collaboration of the Year and Favourite Music Video for their song “Die With a Smile,” while Gaga also added Favourite Dance/Electronic Artist to her accolades. Bruno Mars additionally earned Favourite Male Pop Artist.
Post Malone, who has successfully ventured into country music, claimed Favourite Male Country Artist, highlighting his genre-bending success.
Megan Thee Stallion won Favourite Female Hip-Hop Artist, and Kendrick Lamar’s viral hit “Not Like Us” was named Favourite Hip-Hop Song.
Tyla emerged as the winner in the Afrobeats category, beating out strong contenders like Rema, Tems, and Wizkid, reflecting the genre’s growing global reach.
The Weeknd secured both Favourite Male R&B Artist and Favourite R&B Album for Hurry Up Tomorrow, while SZA picked up awards for Favourite Female R&B Artist and Favourite R&B Song with her hit “Saturn.”
The awards show also celebrated international talent and genre diversity. Bad Bunny won Favourite Male Latin Artist and Favourite Latin Album, while Shakira’s “Soltera” earned Favourite Latin Song.
Twenty One Pilots were honoured as Favourite Rock Artist and took Favourite Rock Album, and Linkin Park’s “The Emptiness Machine” was named Favourite Rock Song.
In K-pop, RM of BTS was crowned Favourite K-Pop Artist, and the soundtrack for Arcane: League of Legends Season 2 was awarded Favourite Soundtrack, showcasing the intersection of music, animation, and gaming.
