Former Minister of State for Budget and National Planning and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Edo State, Prince Clem Agba has felicitated President Bola Tinubu on his victory at the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court ruled on Thursday that Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party and Mr Peter Obi of the Labour Party’s appeals against Tinubu’s earlier victory at the Presidential Election Petitions Court were without merit.

Agba described the decision, which dismissed all of Atiku and Obi’s grounds for appeal, as “firm.”

He praised the Supreme Court panel for following the law rather than public sentiments or opinions in reaching its unanimous decision in favor of the President.

He stated that the verdict put an end to the litigation surrounding the presidential election on February 25, 2023.

He stated that the President would now be able to concentrate on the business of governance in order to address development issues.

Agba urged Nigerians to back President Tinubu in his efforts to complete the Renewed Hope Agenda for Nigerians.

He praised President Tinubu’s exceptional leadership qualities, claiming that his presidency would propel the country to greatness and earn it recognition in the community of nations.

Agba urged the opposition parties to work with the President to advance the country.
