President Bola Tinubu has summoned the Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo to the Presidential Villa at Abuja.
Latest reports indicate that Tinubu summoned Tunji-Ojo following the controversy trailing the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation in the recent days.
A company owned by Tunji-Ojo, New Planet Projects Ltd has been was reportedly awarded a consultancy contract to the tune of N438 million, for the review of the National Social Register.
The Minister, last night on Channels Television said he resigned as a director of the company in 2019.
