On Friday, the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, FAAN announced another power interruption at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, MMIA.
FAAN made the announcement to avoid the controversy that followed the three-minute power outage that occurred at the International Airport about one week ago.
The spokesman for FAAN, Obiageli Orah, said the latest outage would only last for a few minutes.
Posting on their website, the agency said they were testing their power equipment to ensure it functions properly, hence the power outage.
