President Bola Tinubu has announced that he will address the nation in a broadcast on Sunday at 7:00 am.
President’s spokesperson, Ajuri Ngelale in a statement, urged television, radio, and other electronic media outlets to plug into the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority and the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria for the broadcast.
The broadcast will be repeated on the network services of the NTA and the FRCN at 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm on the same day.
Several protesters and pressure groups, including television pundits have advised the President to address Nigerians on the economic hardships which precipitated the agitation by youths in many parts of the country since Thursday.
