The senior Anglican Archbishop, Most Rev. Prof. Godwin Okpala abducted a month ago has regained his freedom.
Archbishop Okpala was released along with his driver.
He announced his release in a Facebook post on Thursday morning. The clergyman wrote: “Praise the Lord!”

Okpala, a retired Archbishop of the Niger Province and Bishop of Nnewi, regained his freedom one month after being abducted.
It was previously reported that he disappeared while traveling to Umuchu, a community in Anambra State, to attend a burial ceremony.
