Nollywood actress and model Beverly Osu has discussed her preference for dating older men and reflected on her past romantic experiences in a recent interview.
In a conversation on the WithChude podcast, hosted by Chude Jideonwo, Osu explained that her attraction to older partners is not linked to unresolved personal issues but is instead influenced by her upbringing.
Osu emphasized that she grew up in an environment filled with confident men, including her brothers, which shaped her attraction to men who could match that confidence.
“I think I am surrounded by boys, and all the men in my life are confident,” she shared. “If we have to be together, you have to be that confident to be with my brothers that carry a chip on their shoulders.”
The actress also addressed past public scrutiny, particularly during her time on Big Brother Africa. During the show, her close relationship with fellow housemate Angelo sparked rumors.

“Every problem that I have had in this life is because of the greatest gift of God—love,” she said. “I was in love with him. That was why I was free around him.”
