The Corporate Affairs Commission, CAC has announced that it will implement a review of some service fees effective August 1, 2025, as part of efforts to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and sustain its ongoing digital transformation.
In a public notice issued Tuesday in Abuja, the CAC explained that the fee adjustments reflect current economic realities, particularly the rising cost of operations.
It noted that the decision came after consultations with key stakeholders and was designed to support the commission’s broader mission of delivering prompt, transparent, and technology-driven services.
“The review of fees is crucial to ensuring that the commission continues to provide services that meet the expectations of its stakeholders and contribute meaningfully to the Nigerian economy,” the notice stated.
The Commission assured that the revised fees are modest and competitive, especially when measured against global best practices in corporate registry management.
